We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business hours. Critical issues affecting business operations are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.
Do I need a long-term contract for IT support?
No long-term lock-in — but yes, a relationship. We support businesses we manage: the arrangement is scoped in writing and continues month to month, which is what lets us commit to response times and know your environment before something breaks. What we do not do is one-off break-fix for businesses we do not manage.
Can you support remote employees?
Yes — we provide support entirely remotely via screen sharing, remote desktop tools, and phone/email. Remote support has no geographic limits — we serve businesses across Atlantic Canada and beyond. On-site visits and break-fix work are Atlantic Canada only.
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes. We support Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices. We also support common business software like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and industry-specific applications.
