Do you only work with businesses in Halifax?
No. Our head office is in Halifax and much of our work is for Atlantic Canadian businesses, but most engagements run remotely, so we work with businesses anywhere in Canada or the United States.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We plan the handover so nothing goes dark: admin credentials, backups, documentation, and licences move over on a written checklist before anything is switched off.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and Windows-only offices?
Yes. It is the most common small-business setup, and we manage it end to end: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows devices, email security, and backup.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a useful price depends on your setup. If your brief is a fit, you get a written price for your situation, a real number rather than a range designed to get you on a call.
Should a small business be using AI yet?
For some jobs, yes. Answering routine calls, sorting enquiries, drafting quotes, and finding answers in your own documents usually pay for themselves. Unsupervised customer advice and anything that moves money do not. We tell you which is which for your business, in writing, before you spend anything.
Is SI (Super Intelligence) the same as AI?
Yes, in the sense the US government now uses it. Since September 29, 2026, US federal agencies call artificial intelligence Super Intelligence, or SI, with the same legal meaning. Everything we build is AI, or SI. Superintelligence in the research sense, a system smarter than people at almost everything, does not exist yet.
